Hudson Family- (Family Photographer, Surprise AZ)

I recently discovered this off-beaten path with railroad tracks and an abandoned boxcar. I just had to do a shoot there, and the beautiful Hudson Family were just as excited. The kids had lots of fun exploring the 'choo-choo', and with a little bribery for lollipops they posed for the camera finally!! A pocket full of candy works like magic.

Family (Surprise, AZ Photographer)

Hello my lovely friends.

The family and I just got back from a quick trip to San Diego for a wedding. It was SO nice to escape the Arizona heat, and lounge around in the 80 degree weather for a few days. Before we returned home, we stopped at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas (a place I lived during my college years), and introduced our littlest kiddo to the ocean. It was a tad cold that morning, but Bradley was able to go dip his toes in the water with his Daddy.

It's so crazy to think how 6 years ago, I sat on this same exact beach wondering where my life was headed, and here I am now playing in the sand with my very own family. It gives me goosebumps just thinking about how beautiful life has unfolded.

I'm not quite sure how the new school year came so fast, but let me say (on behalf of all Mothers and Fathers), WAHOOOO!

I adore my kids, but spending morning, noon, and night for two full months is enough quality time to make a Momma want to pull her hair out... strand by strand.

Here's a portrait of my little diva as she prepares to enter the Third Grade (*sigh*).
